Evidence. Dialogue. Improvement.
For Government
Engage with the NDGI: review your state’s report, share factual evidence where a finding may be inaccurate, and talk with us about what comes next.
A constructive conversation
The Index is not designed to embarrass governments. It provides independent evidence that can support learning and reform. Your engagement starts with the published findings, and continues through evidence and dialogue.
Begin with the findings
Review your state’s report
Read the report for your state before getting in touch. Look at the overall result, the indicator findings and the recommendations together to understand how the assessment was reached.
Read the assessment methodologyIf a finding appears inaccurate
Present factual evidence
If you believe an error was made, write to us with factual evidence supporting the specific finding you want reviewed. Identify the report and indicator clearly so the evidence can be considered in its assessment context.
What to include in your email
- Your state and the assessment edition.
- The indicator or finding you believe is inaccurate.
- A clear explanation of the possible error.
- Supporting documents or official links, with relevant dates showing the position during the assessment period.
- Your name, government office and contact details.
A factual review is about the evidence behind a finding. Sharing evidence does not automatically change a published score.
